Your mind is your worst enemy. I’m a very confident person and I believe in myself, but it can be difficult on some days than the others.
The mind is the instrument in our body. It creates negative thoughts and stories. Some of the stories haven’t happened yet, but your mind is playing. As a result, it gives you fear and worries. Do you ever hear a little voice chattering in your head that fills you with self – doubt? I believe we all have experienced this at one stage, but in different ways. ” You are not good enough. ” It’s one of the hundreds of self-criticisms you may have heard.
I used think that I was not good enough in many situations including in my personal life. If you can’t believe in yourself, who else will? No one. They will use your doubts against you. After a few episodes, I strongly started to tell my inner voice
” NO ” and continued my actions. I stopped doubting myself. I turned my doubts into compassion. I become more confident and happy.
There will always be someone out there who will try to put you down. This can be your family, friends, students, colleagues or anyone. There are two ways that you can get through this. You can let it destroy you or you can use it as motivation to reach your dreams.
You are worthy. You are good enough. Don’t compare yourself with anyone. The moment you compare, you fail. You will always be above some and behind others, but don’t let that affect you. Set your priorities
and build your empire. Stay confident and love yourself.
