It’s almost December. The year is going to end in a few weeks, but you haven’t reached your new year resolutions yet? Or feel a bit down? Don’t worry! You are not alone.
Firstly, you don’t need to wait for a new year for achieving something. It feels good to start with all the others, but that’s not the main key.
The key is to be realistic with your expectations/goals. It’s not about making a full list of things you want to have or do, but a few things that may help your future or improve yourself.
Set deadlines and be organised. ” I will do it tomorrow. ” No, this will not happen. Take actions immediately. You will feel the difference. Set schedules. Try to be ahead of your plan, not behind excuses.
I love to make a to-do list for each day or at least for a week. I’m old school and prefer notebooks. It feels good to see all the ticks and all the actions you have taken.
Stay focused. Don’t worry much about the others or what they are up to. It’s not your business. Focus on yourself. Keep your circle small.
We all love gossiping, but what I learned by time is that we are wasting our time and entertaining on behalf of someone which is not good. Let’s make a change and support each other. Girls compete with each other. Women empower on another, right?
Remember, whatever you do, you don’t need to explain yourself to anyone. Yes, I get hates, stupid comments, strange questions and spread hilarious stories about me beside the good, but I couldn’t have cared less.
I know myself better than anyone out there. I know the truth and mainly my loved ones knows me deeply and that’s more than enough for me. I simply ignore the negativity and focus more on the good words I receive every day from you all.
Whatever you go through, it’s only a temporary stage. Don’t let yourself down. Stay motivated and focused. Work for your own future. Do what makes you happy. I wish you all the best ❤
